Booking And Payment
Bookings are done online on the Athens Taxi Hub website. The person must follow the process for making the booking and payments are done online by bank card and secured by Stripe (biggest payment provider in the world).
Amendments
If you need to change your booking, we allow modifications up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. However, we understand that plans can change at the last minute and we still welcome requests for changes even after that time frame. Please note that while we do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Booking Cancellation
The person who made the booking can cancel it 48 hours before the pick up time and get a full refund if the payment was made online. To cancel your booking, you will need to contact our support team by email: cancel@athenstaxihub.com.
Late Booking
You can book our services in advance, up to 5 hours prior to your desired pick-up time and you will receive a direct confirmation email. For bookings before 5 hours to your pick up time will be considered as unconfirmed. Our team will contact you within 30 minutes by email informing you if the booking is canceled or confirmed.If the booking is confirmed then you will receive an email where you will need to click the payment button and complete the payment and the driver will come and pick you up.
Child Seats
In Greece, the relevant authorities state that children must use an appropriate child seat until they reach 12 years of age or until they reach a height of 135 cm.
Hourly Chauffeur Services
Our hourly service covers you for 20 kilometers an hour. You can have a chauffeur ready and waiting to take you to your next destination, regardless of how many stops you need to make. Our clients value the ability to craft their own itinerary without being bound to a fixed schedule. When you book our Hourly Chauffeur Service, you can set the pace of the day. Decide when to depart, where to go, and how long to stay.
